Sungguh memprihatinkan indonesiaku. Aku bukan wakil rakyat yang harus ikut memikirkan negara ini sih ( eh apa wakil rakyat selama ini juga ikut mikir negara ya...??? :}
tapi liat aja deh berita berita saat ini, dari harga harga pada naik, sampai banyak penyimpangan terlebih penyimpangan soal pangan agar lebih banyak mengeruk keuntungan.
Coba bayangkan, daging sapi segar dan sehat jadi langka banget, terlalu banyak yang daging glonggongan. ikan ikan laut juga banyak yang diawetkan, pake bahan kimia lagi.
Makanan kadaluarsa juga banyak didaur ulang, dipacking ulang dan dijual lagi. Paling miris nih tadi pagi liat berita di TV, disuatu kampung di Jakarta sana, digerebek karena terbukti menjual masakan dari bahan sisa. Maksudnya, masakan ini terbuat dari daging dan bahan lain bekas restoran. kebanyakan makanan sisa tadi diambil dari sisa piring atau sisa makanan orang lain, ya tentunya sudah banyak yang basi...dan menjijikan ...iiiyyy...
makanan tadi dipilah terus dicampur bahan pengawet lalu dimasak lagi, bisa direndang maupun dikuah pedes gitu. dan dijual bebas si warung warung pasar tradisional...
wadhuuh...gak ngebayangin kalo kita makan makanan seperti itu...
alasan pembuatnya, dia bisa meraih keuntungan berlipat karena menjual barang yang bahannya murah dan mudah dia dapet..Nah lo...kalo gini salah siapa coba..
Barang barang naik, pengennya makan makanan enak dan bergizi tapi murah ..eh dapetnya makanan yang berbahaya...ampyuun..dehhh.

Surga Makanan di Semarang adanya di Simpang Lima

Pecel Yu Sri

Meskipun hanya menggunakan tenda dan berada di pinggir jalan di Simpang Lima, Pecel Yu Sri tidak pernah sepi didatangi pengunjung. Apalagi saat hari-hari besar seperti lebaran bulan lalu, warung tenda Yu Sri selalu penuh dan ramai. Padahal tempatnya sangat sederhana. Barang dagangan berupa sayuran, rempeyek, sate, tempe, tahu dan bumbu pecel di taruh d iatas meja. Keliling meja diletakkan bangku-bangku. Orang yang mau cicipi pecel Yu Sri, bisa mengambil duduk di tempat tersebut. Kalau ke Yu Sri, butuh kesabaran dan lucky. Pasalnya, pengemar pecelnya sangat banyak hingga meluber ke luar tenda. Saking ramainya, orang rela berdiri untuk menunggu gilirannya.

Yu Sri sudah 35 tahun berjualan pecel. Awalnya ia berjualan keliling dari kampung ke kampung sebelum akhirnya mondok di simpang lima. Karena itu tak mengherankan jika pelanggan dari Yu Sri sudah sangat banyak. Tidak hanya warga kota Semarang tapi juga luar kota yang lagi berlibur seperti Jepara, Pati, Salatiga, Sukabumi, hingga Jakarta. Pecel Yu Sri tidak beda dengan pecel pada umumnya, ada toge, daun pepaya, kembang turi, daun singkong, dan kecipir. Pelengkap lainnya ada sate usus, telur ceplok, lempela, babat, iso, ayam, daging dan lain-lain. Pengunjung tinggal memilih apa yang ia suka. Tidak tahu apa sebabnya pecel Yu Sri banyak yang suka. Uniknya, makan pecel Yu Sri tidak pakai piring tapi pakai daun pisang yang dibentuk menjadi piring. Mungkin karena kental dengan nuansa kedaerahan (back to nature), orang jadi demen dengan pecel Yu Sri.

Tahu Petis Prasojo

Bergeser ke kiri, kita bisa jumpai penjual tahu petis Prasojo. Seperti pecel Yu Sri, tahu petis prasojo juga hanya ada malam hari saja. Di tempat ini menjual aneka gorengan dari tape goreng, lunpia, pisang, tahu susur, tempe mendoan, dan sukun goreng. Dari sekian gorengan yang ditawarkan yang paling laris manis adalah tahu dengan isi petis dan goreng mendoan. Buktinya, kedua gorengan ini yang paling banyak peminatnya. Baru matang saja langsung diserbu pembeli. Bahkan diantara pembeli ada yang saling rebutan untuk saling dulu-duluan mendapatkannya. Harganya per potong hanya Rp 800,- untuk semua jenis gorengan.

The Province of Central Java, as one of The Indonesian Tourist Destination Areas, offers various kinds of tourist attractions whether natural, cultural, or man made features.

cara buat :
uleg jadi satu bahan B sampai halus, oseng di wajan, masukkan cabe merah iris dan tomat, masukkan ati rempela usus, tambahin air dikit, tunggu sampai empuk dulu, kalau udah empuk baru masukkan santan , aduk aduk sampai mendidih, masukkan kentang dan terakhir masukkan kacang kapri. icipin udah mantep belum...kalu udah angkat sajikan..jangan sampai gosong ya kalau ngangetin..kayak aku...he..he..

Pagi, semarang
bangun jam setengah 3 pagi, nyiapin sahur buat suami, dengan menu sambel goreng ati, dan gimbal udang. aku emang gak puasa lagi hamil 6 bulan anak ketiga ( nggak kuku...sering laper..)
nunggu subuh sekalian, trus rencana pengen bobok lagi..maklum tadi malem tidur jam 11 malem, masak dulu ( gak punya pembantu...hiks..).
lagi siap siap merem, eh naufal anak keduaku yang umur 2 tahun, malah bangun. ngajak maen, ya sama aku dan sama bapaknya...
jam 6 nyiapin sarapan buat alya. trus mandiin naufal,..Lah ini anak susah banget ..gak mau sudah , pengen maen air terus..jadi nangis deh dia saat diangkat dari embernya...he..he..
dah gitu baju belum diseterika, terpaksa seterika baju kerja suami dan bajuku sendiri..gaswat jam udah mepet, seterikanya rusak lagi, kabel hangus...
dari dapur tercium bau gosong...MasyaAllah aku kan ngangeti sayur...ya..sambel gorengku gosong...trus liat ikan mujaher yang baru aku goreng kok berantakan ..??? ilang satu lagi..jangan jangan...!!!...longok dijendela...whaduuuh dimakan kucing.....
naufal berantem ma kakaknya rebutan pensil...nangis lagi...walaaah...
berangkat kantor dengan bete, jalanan macet, nyampe kantor yaaa...telat deh..
Sabar ...sabar walaupun gak ikut puasa harus tetep sabar....
